DANA BUILDING DAMAGES CHARGE FORM

The School for Environment and Sustainability (SEAS) takes tremendous pride in the Dana Building and works hard to keep our building an inviting home for our students, faculty, staff, and visitors.  Our classrooms have 100% wool carpet, which is environmentally friendly, but requires special cleaning.  To keep our building at its best for everyone’s use, we ask that groups holding events in Dana rooms that include food and beverages are prepared to assist with the cleaning costs that are above and beyond normal maintenance.

We agree to reimburse SEAS for any additional expenses incurred due to our event.  UM affiliated groups will be charged via shortcode; external groups will receive a written bill with details of the charges following the event and must pay in the form of cash or check.
