Making Decisions

Making decisions in a group process can be difficult. Occasionally everyone rallies around a clear decision or next step. At other times the group's discussion only highlights the complexity and uncertainty surrounding an issue and leaves a group at odds about what decision should be made. The purpose of this section is to provide some insights and tools you might use to assess what might be causing difficulty in making decision in your group and provide some ideas and tools to help you and your group better manage the decision-making stage of your process.
