Dr. Rowland is a research scientist in the Space Weather Laboratory at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. He is currently the Mission Scientist for NASA's ICON mission and the Deputy Principal Investigator for the MEME-X Small Explorer Concept Study.
