Description
EAS/EEB 451 introduces students to the diversity of mammals. Through laboratory exercises (one three-hour laboratory period/week) and lectures, participants will have an opportunity to see and learn about species representing all of the major groups of mammals. We will review their evolutionary history, examine their adaptations and lifestyles, and discuss current research in ecology, behavior, zoogeography, and systematics.
