Description
Employers are increasingly searching for individuals who do not just know how to promote climate literacy, but also how to inspire and motivate people to bring about transformative societal change. In light of the increasingly critical importance of climate leadership, this 7- week seminar will explore what climate leadership is and how to develop it. In the course, we will synthesize insights to allow students to advance in their own leadership skills. Students will have the opportunity to contribute to a peer-reviewed article.
