Fundamentals of 3D Modeling and Making

Description

This course provides students with an introduction to fundamental skills in 3D modeling and visualization to support the design process. The overall goal is to advance students' skills with a specific focus on supporting a current design studio or other ongoing projects. The course will use 3D modeling software Rhino and Adobe Create Suite. Additional tools may be utilized to extend the capabilities of the software.
There are no prerequisites for the course other than an interest in advancing your digital knowledge and skills. It is required that students have access to their own laptop, which they will use in class. A Rhino license is required, which can be purchased at the Taubman Media Center.
