Postdoctoral Fellowship: Hydrology, Water Resources and Uncertainty Analysis

The University of Michigan School for Environmental and Sustainability (SEAS) seeks outstanding candidates for a postdoctoral scholar position. The successful candidate will lead research in the field of hydrology with potential applications to hydrological modeling, forecasting, water resources management, and uncertainty assessment. Candidates with an interest in water quality modeling are also encouraged to apply. It is expected that the selected scholar will work with Dr. Andrew Gronewold at SEAS, with the potential for collaborating with scholars from different units across the University of Michigan (including Climate and Space Sciences and Engineering, Earth and Environmental Sciences, and Civil and Environmental Engineering), and with external colleagues at the National Center for Atmospheric Research.

The successful candidate will be expected to publish in the peer-reviewed literature, present research results at scientific conferences, and assist in developing proposals for external funding.
