On October 31 from 4:30-6:30pm in the Fourth Floor Commons, please join us for a celebration of those we have lost by remembering their legacies. 'Dia de Muertos' (Day of the Dead) is an important Mexican and Central American holiday to celebrate the lives and memories of friends and family members who have died. An ofrenda (altar) will be created to collect and showcase the favorite foods, photos and memorabilia of deceased loved ones. Join the sharing of stories and celebrating the lives of those who have left the Earth. Bring photos and/ or belongings of your loved ones and feel free to place them on the altar. Snacks and Mexican hot chocolate will be served. Sponsored by SEAS Student Government and the DEI office.
