A range of speakers at different stages in their academic careers will present their insights on a range of topics including (but not limited to): How do you pitch and organize a conference panel? What opportunities can conferences lead to (publication? networking? conference committee involvement?), and how do you find and navigate these opportunities? An audience Q&A will follow the speakers’ initial reflections. We will also discuss conferences outside the realm of the Environmental Humanities.
