Allison is currently one of four commissioners of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. She joined FERC in December 2020 following a range of public and private sector experience in energy law and grid modernization policy. As a presidentially appointed commissioner at FERC, she plays a central role in the regulation of electricity and natural gas markets, alongside other major projects.
