Join fellow SEAS alumni for a virtual expert coffee chat on small business management, sustainability reporting with a consumer focus, and sustainability within the hospitality industry, led by Kris Spaulding (BS '97) on Sep. 28 at 4pm (EST).

Kris is the President, Owner and Co-founder of Brewery Vivant in Grand Rapids, MI, the first LEED-certified microbrewery in the nation. Located in a repurposed funeral home, Brewery Vivant was founded around a business model committed to sustainability. All equipment at the brewery operates on 100% renewably generated electricty and much of the food is locally sourced. Since 2014, Brewery Vivant has been a certified Certified B Corporation (confirming the company meets the highest standards of verified social and environemntal performance).
