Collaboration in Resource Management:
An Interagency Approach

National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) Course
November 13 - 17, 2000

In November 2000, EMI faculty and associates Steven Yaffee, Julia Wondolleck, Todd Bryan, and Sarah McKearnan conducted a 5-day pilot training workshop on collaborative resource management at the NCTC facility in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.

Attended by participants from seven federal agencies, the course covered topics from negotiation skills to capacity building including the nuts and bolts of collaboration principles and obstacles.
