Cindy Richard has been the Director of Career Development and Experiential Learning for the School for Environment and Sustainability (SEAS) since March 2021. She is responsible for providing strategic direction for the Careers team, managing collaborations with other departments, and providing direct career services and resources to PitE and SEAS students. 

Prior to joining SEAS, Cindy served as the Director of Internship at a liberal arts college in Beverly, Massachusetts, called Endicott College. She also worked in career services for an MBA program for several years at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. Prior to working in academia, Cindy worked for Anheuser-Busch Inc. and Pepsi Bottling Group in various Human Resources roles. She obtained her Bachelors of Education Degree from Georgia Southern University and her Master's of Human Resources and Industrial Relations Degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys writing, painting, and attending various creative and performing arts events.
