About Parker
Parker Anderson is the founder and president of Greener Golf, a company dedicated to leading the golf industry toward a beyond sustainable future. Parker developed a deep appreciation for golf and the environment early on.
Parker attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned dual degrees in Business Economics and Environmental Studies. He worked as a golf professional at several world-class golf courses across the U.S. and managed a state junior golf program, all while playing professional golf himself.
To further his commitment to sustainable golf course design, Parker pursued a master's in Landscape Architecture and a master's in Sustainable Systems, focusing on golf and the environment, from SEAS.
Parker has spent over ten years living his childhood dream as a golf course architect, working with Renaissance Golf Design and Tom Doak, contributing to renowned projects such as The Loop at Forest Dunes, Sedge Valley at Sand Valley Resort, Pinehurst No. 10, and Punta Brava Golf and Surf Club.
After his graduate studies, Parker led the USGA-funded Science of the Green Initiative at the University of Minnesota, focusing on golf’s relationship to the environment. In 2019, he founded Greener Golf, which serves clients both nationally and internationally with sustainable golf solutions.
