GFA connects seniors and recent graduates from diverse backgrounds to full-time, paid government jobs and supports you to build the skills you need to lead in the public sector. GFA bridges the gap between state governments and emerging leaders to fill skill gaps, drive more equitable policy outcomes, and ignite a lifetime of public sector leadership.
