This event marks the inaugural open event of the National Sustainability Society, a new, cross-sectoral professional society aimed at taking on the sustainability challenge across sectors. The NSS is a forum to institutionalize sustainability as a coherent, transdisciplinary scholarly field; support the growth and flexibly of sustainability programs in US colleges and universities; convene and connect sustainability researchers, practitioners, employers, and graduates; catalyze integration of sustainability scholarship, curricula, learning, and careers.
