SEAS Community Conversation: Climate and Policy

As the current climate policy landscape continues to shift rapidly, we invite SEAS students, faculty, and staff to join a meaningful conversation on the challenges, opportunities, and strategies emerging in this moment. We welcome diverse perspectives to discuss how we got to our current political landscape and what we perceive as the biggest challenges to climate policy today.
Building on key takeaways from the recent SEAS co-learning event, "Navigating the Post-Election Environmental Policy Landscape" (February 25, 2025), this discussion will explore:
- The impacts of policy shifts on research, funding, and the climate job market
- Strategies for reframing climate/environmental work to connect with broader public concerns
- Revitalizing democracy and rebuilding public trust in climate policy
Lunch will be provided.
