Wade Trim (In Person Employer Event)
Landscape Architects at Wade Trim balance environmental quality and sustainability with the human and economic requirements of any given project. The project may be a Recreation Master Plan for a thousand-acre preserve or the renovation of a small urban park. Both benefit from the broad organizational support for the Landscape Architectural Team whose practice coordinates architecture, planning, and engineering to create an aesthetically pleasing, financially sound, sustainable, and environmentally sensitive projects. Our Landscape Architects combine their working knowledge of green infrastructure, site engineering, environmental services, and sustainable design practices to design and implement comprehensive projects. They provide our clients with high quality projects produced on-time and within budget. Our landscape architecture practice is primarily focused in two areas: Recreation (Parks and Recreation, Greenways and Trails, Waterfronts, Marinas, Golf Courses, and Sports and Athletic Facilities) and Community Design (Streetscapes, Highway Beautification, and Downtown Redevelopment) projects. Additionally, they provide as-needed services to the other disciplines within the company on a wide range of various project types. Please join us in person where UM LA alum, James (Jamie) Gorenflo, will share more about his journey post-graduation, the mission, work, and projects at Wade Trim, and upcoming opportunities at the organization for current students to consider.
