Project Description
This Master's Project is the second phase of work and one component of the larger MELDI "Examining Disparities" project, which aims to "promote strategies for enhancing food security of underserved populations in the state (of Michigan) - through "research, education and extension activities." Michigan was identified as a state from which larger lessons on global food security issues could be drawn.
