Future Management Strategies for El Yunque National Forest, Puerto Rico (2008)
Our project sought to identify future management strategies for our client, El Yunque National Forest (Puerto Rico), with an emphasis on management of the forest for predicted climate change effects. Research topics include identifying the actual current and predicted future climate change effects, assessing areas of biological vulnerability to climate change within the forest, creating an invasive species management plan, and assessing visitor use values for use in recreation management.
