Nicholas A Poggioli
About
Nicholas is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Michigan Erb Institute for Global Sustainable Enterprise, a partnership between the Ross School of Business and the School for Environment and Sustainability. He studies and teaches the management of businesses and other organizations, with a focus on strategy and sustainability. His goal is to contribute to knowledge about how people build, manage, and work in profitable organizations compatible with sustainable societies.
Nicholas earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities Department of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship, advised by Alfie Marcus. His hobbies include photography, reading, and cooking. In 2011 he rode his bicycle from New Orleans to the Grand Canyon.
