The Collective Impact Committee (CIC) brings together students, faculty, and staff from across SEAS disciplines, departments and functional areas to help shape a culture of respect, trust, collaboration, and community. Grounded in the SEAS Values, CIC members contribute a broad range of perspectives and experiences that help inform, strengthen, and guide the work of the Office of Community Impact and Engagement (CIE). Through dialogue, shared learning and cross-role collaboration, the committee helps identify community needs, surface emerging opportunities and challenges, and inform the development of programs, resources and initiatives that support a thriving SEAS community.
Thank you for an impactful year! In total we reached over 300 community members from across SEAS and external collaborations through our dialogue events: six community conversations, three community connections one co-learning event and five skill-building workshops.
