SEAS has a longstanding commitment to justice and has embarked on a journey to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into every process and structure at our school. In alignment with the University’s DEI efforts, we have developed our DEI strategic plan based on the invaluable feedback and experiences of members of our community.

DEI 1.0 Summary Report
This report explores the DEI accomplishments, demographic data, and current climate at SEAS. The goal of this summary report is to show the progress we have made as a community during our first phase of integrating DEI into our community, but also the continued work that lies ahead in order to provide a more holistic and transparent approach to DEI.
