SEAS’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Five Year Strategic Plan is comprised of eight (8) sections. Although our Plan is for five years, it is a living plan and our process is iterative. Every year we assess the Strategic Objectives and Action Items to determine their relevancy within the School and based on feedback from our faculty, staff and students create new focus areas and programs to meet the DEI needs of our School. Highlights from 2015-17 are below.
