As graduate students and scholars, we are required to write a great deal. Yet, there is a lack of graduate coursework dedicated to how we write. This course addresses this gap, with a focus on writing for environmental science and change, sustainability, and/or environmental justice.
 
The course is designed to help students move forward with a piece of writing, whether a manuscript, conference paper, proposal, client report, etc. In addition to activities geared toward improving written pieces, we will also work on editing and the peer-feedback process.

This is a weekend-long course held in February 2026.
