Marcus is  a graduate of the University of Michigan's School of Natural Resources & Environment, and the Taubman College of Architecture & Urban Planning. He's obtained a dual-masters degree, focusing on Real Estate Development, Green Building, and Environmental Policy and has a strong interest in the LEED Rating Systems, green building and development, environmental risk assessment, and brownfield redevelopment.

Marcus has experience in both local government and private land use planning, and real estate development. I have also worked closely with investors and developers in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. 

He is a licensed Realtor in the State of Georgia with +14 years of experience, working with residential buyers, investors, and sellers negotiating and acquiring property. He is also licensed in the State of Michigan, working as a commercial real estate agent.
