SEAS Events

This interactive session will provide practical strategies for giving and receiving feedback gracefully and constructively, and apply our SEAS Values to the ever-challenging task of having difficult conversations.

Participants will learn to:

- Identify common roadblocks in feedback conversations

- Practice strategies for giving and receiving feedback constructively

- Strengthen communication skills that support trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement

NOTE: Lunch will be served at this event, starting at 11:15AM. Content will begin promptly at 11:45AM.
