Project Description
The goal of this project is to partner with the emerging Sustainable Food Business (facilitated by Ann Arbor’s Office of Sustainability & Innovation) to establish a roadmap, including compiling and organizing resources, that small restaurant and bar businesses can use to chart and accelerate their path to zero emissions. The roadmap should coordinate strategies and progress measurement with the A2 Zero
