Join award-winning forager, outdoor educator and James Beard Award winner Alexis Nikole Nelson for a lively conversation about wild foods, sustainability and the rich cultural traditions connected to the plants growing all around us. With more than five million followers across Instagram and TikTok, Nelson has become a beloved social media creator known for her joyful and informative foraging videos. She inspires audiences to see the natural world in a new way while exploring the intersections of food, history and environmental stewardship.
